Refund and Returns Policy

- Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Certain products (e.g., intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases) cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable & Exempt Items
- Perishable items (e.g., food)
- Personal hygiene products (e.g., opened baby bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps)
- Gift cards, downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete any return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; contact us first for return instructions.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Inspection & Approval

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
Shipping Returns

- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for shipping costs on returned items unless the return is due to our error or the product arriving damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
